X of Wands
My first inclination is to say that the number Ten means the
cycle is complete, but the quarent is going on to begin another
cycle using the knowledge gained from the last nine paths walked.
The tens also represent family, groups and community.
This person is picking up their sticks and moving on. Too what?
They could be moving everything that is dear to them. Or, just
taking a job that will enable them to be secure. Or, it could
be a forced move because of a needed education, life changes involving
family or job location changes. Whatever the reason, they are
feeling overburdened and under appreciated. They are trying hard
to meet the goals they have set for themselves or are being pushed
onto them. Look for emotional cards around this card. See if they
are in danger of extreme emotional pressures as well and try to
help them see the outcome.
The positive side of this card is that, often, the outcome is
better than they can imagine at the present time. True, there
will be hardships in the mean time, but not anything that they
cannot bear with the help of their religion and belief in themselves.

In reverse: One has
the ability to overcome the negative aspects of this card. Limited
success is accomplished in legal matters and business affairs.
It also draws attention to the interest behind the motive. Do
they need to rethink or redirect their energies into a more honest
direction?
There most likely will not be a move for any reason. Taking some
time off and helping a given situation may be all that is needed
to satisfy a given demand.
That job change is not happening. Or, the querant is not making
a big move.
For example: Staying with the same company but moving to another
position.
